Expand your kettlebell skill and knowledge in this progressive program. With the guidance of a trainer you will be introduced to a variety of training styles and progressions that meet your unique skill level. Be ready to have fun and work hard while you improve your body awareness, build strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Participants should be experienced in doing the kettlebell swing.
