Program Details

This class will build upon your repertoire of hip hop moves and choreography practice learned in Beginner Hip Hop, all while boosting your confidence and stamina as a dancer. This wholistic class also includes warm-ups, stretching and exercises designed to engage muscles used in dancing and increase overall flexibility. You will be challenged to push past your comfort zone in a supportive environment with faster paced, more advanced choreography. Light dance experience preferred.
