Program Details

Cycle for Strength will help you understand and utilize watt based training to maximize gains in strength and fitness. The instructor will work with each participant to find their high performance bike fit and their exact numbers for each training zone. The instructor will lead the group through fun interactive workouts and provide training rides to complete independently throughout the week in order for you to get the most out of this class.
